I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2016 because I wanted to use my inborn passion for holistic health to take better care of my family of seven and to heal myself of PCOS, fatigue, and a myriad of other symptoms pretty common to stressed-out, exhausted mothers and women all over.
I was tired of merely surviving my life. I wanted to thrive. I wanted to wake up with purpose and have the energy and robust health I needed to pursue that purpose. My health struggles were getting in the way of my goals!
In my practice today, I'm passionate about using my training and extensive knowledge of functional nutrition to similarly free my clients from the health issues that keep them from their own desire to live a life of purpose and joy.
The fact that I've been there, that I know just what it's like to have to do the work to get better every day, makes me uniquely qualified to listen, to empathize, to help.
I'm fascinated by the science, the anatomy and physiology of the body, the studies that come out daily and the application of their findings into my clinical practice. I've continued my studies, most recently studying Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis and its utility in informing functional nutrition protocols.
I never stop learning. Every day I'm immersed in a class, a summit, a podcast, a book. And every day I look to apply what I've learned in my own life and the lives of my clients.

In addition to completing my Nutritional Therapy Practitioner course, I am continuing to develop my skills and knowledge base. This includes graduating the Digestive Intensive Jumpstart program in July of 2017.
