I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2016 because I wanted to use my inborn passion for holistic health to take better care of my family of seven and to heal myself of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, HPA axis dysfunction, and a myriad of other symptoms pretty common to stressed-out exhausted mothers of many.
I'm working on it!
The fact that I've been there, that I am still there in many ways makes me uniquely qualified to listen, suggest, to empathize.
I'm fascinated by the science, the anatomy and physiology of the body, the studies that come out daily and the application of their findings.
I never stop learning. Every day I'm immersed in a class, a summit, a podcast, a book. And every day I look to apply what I've learned in my own life and the lives of my clients.
I can't wait to see if I can help you.
In addition to completing my Nutritional Therapy Practitioner course, I am continuing to develop my skills and knowledge base. This includes graduating the Digestive Intensive Jumpstart program in July of 2017.
